Frequently asked questions

Here you will find answers to the most common questions we receive, such as specific queries about tickets or Liverpool FC memberships. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

I would like to go to a particular match. Can ALSIN arrange tickets for me?
No, we are a supporters club and not a ticket agency. If you really want to go to a particular match, we recommend that you try to get tickets through other channels.

If I want to go to Anfield with several people, does everyone have to be a member of ALSIN?
Yes, everyone has to be a member of ALSIN.

What are the chances of getting tickets if I join ALSIN?
We hope you join ALSIN because you want to connect with other members and share your passion for Liverpool. However, we also understand that the possibility of getting tickets to a Liverpool match can be an important reason for joining. On average we receive around the 40 - 50 tickets per season and we have over 300 members. We do our best to distribute the available tickets fairly through a draw.

Do all ALSIN members need to have a Liverpool FC membership card?
For the 2024 - 2025 season this is not required, but Liverpool's rules can change each year.

I have an international membership with Liverpool FC can I order tickets?
Yes you can when it comes to ALSIN; for the 2024 - 2025 season there is no Liverpool membership requirement. Should there be again, you will need a premium, full or light membership. If you would like to purchase tickets from the club directly, you will need a full or light membership.

Do ALSIN members need to bring a mobile phone to Anfield?
Yes, you will need your mobile phone as your match ticket will be transferred to your phone via the NFC system (Apple Pay or Google Wallet). This is your ticket into the stadium. For instructions on how to set this up on your phone, please visit the Liverpool FC website.

I get the error message "Membership already exists" or you are trying to use non-UK characters.
You probably have prefixes in your name that they do not know about in the UK. It it best to write your name with the prefixes together.

I have lost my Liverpool FC membership card. What can I do?
You can request a replacement card once per season through Liverpool FC for a fee of £10.

Where can I view my membership card history?
You can use this link to log in and view your purchase history under 'My Account' and 'View Purchase History'. You will be able to see what match is on your card and what seat you have.
